Student Drivers
Student drivers have to study the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Driver's Manual and then take the test. If you pass the test, you have to go to a driving school. Next you have to take about five to ten classes or more. You can also practice with your Dad, who is a license driver and with your driver's permit. You have to study this manual. "Part one of the manual explains the procedures and requirements for getting a driver license and operating a vehicle in New York State. Park two describes the rules of the road and the meaning of traffic control devices. Part three offers valuable information about safe driving techniques and strategies." A lot of student drivers are scared of driving because it's their first time. We have to be patience when driving behind them. Remember you all were student drivers and were afraid also. I encourage all student drivers to be safe, take your time and drive safely. Don't worry if someone behind you is blowing their horn. Let them wait. Remember everyone was once a student driver. Safe driving and good luck.
